About
Nirav Manubhai
Observer · Writer · Consultant · Ahmedabad, India
This is the home my work eventually built.
For more than thirty years, I have worked with organisations across India — as a consultant, facilitator and observer. I entered rooms to discuss strategy, leadership and change. Over time, I realised that the most important conversations were often the ones that never became minutes of the meeting.
I began paying attention to those quieter traces — a pause, a glance, the movement of a hand, the silence after a difficult question. That practice of observation gradually became the foundation of everything I create.

Writing
Stories begin with noticing.
Observation becomes fiction through Kabir Vaidya and STILLS, field notes through The Quiet Signal, everyday conversations about AI through Come, Sit – Just Ask, and organisational stories through Axiom Stories. Other ideas become books or conversations with people and organisations.
They may look different on the surface, but they grow from the same place: the belief that careful observation reveals truths that hurried attention cannot.
